That Communication Thingy

This is from a company to its employees:
"We know that communication is a problem, but the company is not going to discuss it with the employees."
Explanation: The problem here is not with English grammar or vocabulary. The problem is with a
complete misunderstanding of the idea of communication. How can a company possibly improve communication
if they won't discuss it with workers? It's quite clear where the communication problem comes from in this company. (^_^)
