"Interfere" means "to get in the way". So, if this man wore a helmet on his head, it would stop him from using
a cell phone. Of course, wearing a helmet on his head would also interfere with the tree - it would stop the tree
from completely smashing his head! Now, without a helmet, this man will enjoy a pure head-to-tree crash. OUCH!
