This news video is from the Onion News Network (ONN) which is owned by The Onion newspaper, which just
happens to be my favorite newspaper. What I like most about The Onion is that the news is 100% NOT true! This
video is making fun of a news story many years ago about a woman who said she found a human finger in her
food in a fast food restaurant.
I like the way this video uses "understatement". For example, the man who found a human head in his
hamburger (how crazy is that???) just said to himself, "This isn't right". And the manager is so cool under
pressure, saying, "if you know someone who's missing a head, come forward" and "No, it's not bad at all,
compared to the horse head". THE horsehead?!?!? So, this has happened before? Wow!
