This video starts by making fun of the story of Superman. We see "Mr. F. G. Superman, to all appearances no different from any
other law-abiding (following the law) citizen". With funny, dramatic background music and half-American accents, we see
Bicycle Repairman come to save the day! (^_^) In the end, the video is making fun of people who are always afraid of
Communism. "Wherever bicycles are broken, or menaced (in danger) by International Communism, Bicycle Repairman
is ready"! Although I don't know of any bicycles that were ever hurt by Communism, the announcer ends up going crazy because
of his hatred and anger against Communism. He looks ready to go insane until his wife saves him by saying, "Tea's ready". So, the
threat of Communism is important, but not as important as tea!
